Notes: (Help + Troubleshooting Tips)
1. Please note that some devices are incompatible or do not allow to record calls.
2. Please make sure that the device should not be more than one call recording application, otherwise it can create problems.

6. The default sound quality is 8KHZ, if it is not working on your device you can change it from the quality options, 8KHZ or 44.1kHz (high quality but may not work on some devices) Usually used by people.
